Production experience
We look for engineers who have taken code to production, maintained real systems and solved problems under pressure. Minimum 4 years professional experience.
Clear communication
You will work directly with European teams. We need you to explain technical decisions, ask for feedback and actively participate in dailies and planning.
Autonomy and judgment
We do not micromanage. We expect you to identify problems, propose solutions and make technical decisions with judgment. Real ownership of your work.
